The cemetery is a place of silence and remembrance of deceased people. Accordingly, you should behave appropriately, not smoking, eating or drinking. Please refrain from loud conversation and do not step on gravesites. Do not sit on the gravestones. Do not bring dogs with you. Please let the Jewish community know if you are going to the cemetery with groups.
Male visitors wear head coverings when visiting the cemetery.
Climbing the entrance stairs, you will pass the mourning hall (on the right) and the former home of the cemetery gardener (on the left) before reaching the main path. On the right side of the path is the cemetery field "A" with the oldest graves of the cemetery and on the left side the field "D" with the graves from the years 1938-1942, further up on the right side the field "B" and on the left side the monumental tombs in the middle of the field "D". At the end of the path one reaches the cemetery field "C" at the back on the right. On the left below field "D" is the new part of the cemetery, which was created after the war and is not part of the book project.
The book contains a complete cemetery layout with the fields "A" to "D".
